I've been missing good Mexican food so I'm really glad I found this place near me. The portions are great and the tacos are delicious! I tried the asada, chicken, carnitas and Al pastor. My favorites were the asada and chicken.

LaManga ( meaning the sleeve ) is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican food from a food truck. I have been wanting to visit them as I have heard the carnitas were GREAT. And they were AWESOME. Check out the pics and they were filled to the brim and more. The carnitas were perfect and the best I have had here in Boise whether it is a food truck or brick and mortar. The little pepper had a very nice kick to it. There is just one guy cooking and serving so there can be a wait but the wait is worth the food from this truck.

These are the best taco's and nachos I've had in the valley. He has different types of meat that you won't find at every taco truck, and don't have to break the bank for a quality dinner. From taco's, tortas to nachos, you won't be disappointed.

Best taco truck in Cowboy Country. We have been looking for a good taco truck since we left San Diego and we found it here. This guy is doing it right with fresh ingredients, great salsa, and fair prices. And the champurrado is awesome. He’s also a really nice guy.
